Ok - here we go. It is February, 1st 2010. A new year and lots of excitement to go along with it. Most people refocus on the 1st of the year, but this has been in the works. I did not want to feel like a failure for not getting started before being ready. And that 8 day trip to Israel would have made it very difficult.
I have several goals here. To take more control of my personal wellness. Diet, Lifestyle, Excercise. Career...the list goes on. My family - my number one priority has taken over and I need to regain some of my self back while keeping a healthy balance.
Ill tell you more about me as we go on. I have to get this started and get out the door for a yoga class. I am also experiementing with Veganism so you'll get some great recipes along the way.
Handful of nuts mix (cashews /gogi blend) - because why not first thing in the morning
Cup of coffee - no soy creamer at the moment so I use my Silk light vanilla soy milk (the whole family loves it!)
On the stove - McCann's Irish Oat meal - with apple - cinnamin
