Ok - back on track. This week has been a bit challenging. Trying to make several positive changes. Taking this vegan challenge seriously. Finding good balance. Taking care of my family - and not forgetting to take care of me! Excerise is what really makes me tick. Trying to get back to a good routine where I am able to fulfill my excercise needs.

I need to find good activies to keep me going. I have been trying to do some yoga/pilates at home and enjoy involving Skyler. It is so important to me that he develop good habits early. We are expecting a large snow storm this evening through tomorrow. A few inches - a few feet. Exciting. A bon voyage send off for a great friend who is moving to London too.
